About The Carrington

Built in 1908, The Carrington sits as one of the most historic buildings in Central Texas. After years of photographers begging to shoot in and around the building, we decided to open up this beautiful building to the public. The Carrington will be opening in Spring 2018 with a new space and even more historic charm. Accommodating intimate weddings and family gatherings of up to 175, this venue guarantees to bring character and style to every event.


Use of The Carrington is Exclusive to each rental; giving you full access to our Indoor and Outdoor Event Space, Man Cave and Deluxe Bridal Suite.

Weekend Rates range from $2950-$4950

  • 10hrs of Exclusive Venue Use
  • Up to 15 60” round tables and standard table linen. (Fri/Sat/Sun 10hr rentals only)
  • Use of up to 125 mixed matched antique dining chairs and 150 Folding Garden Chairs. (Fri/Sat/Sun 10hr rentals only)
  • 2hr Portrait Session
  • 1.5 hrs for rehearsal the day prior to your event date, where available.
  • Indoor/Outdoor Ceremony and Reception Space
  • Bridal Suite: 4 Bedroom suite with access to a kitchen, living room, private bathroom and private entrance.
  • 2nd Dressing Area, Prep Kitchen, Trash cans and Trash bags
  • On Site Venue Manager; available to answer questions and for property maintenance.

*Special pricing is offered for Weekday events. Rates may vary on Major Holidays and for special event types. A 50% deposit and signed contract is required for all bookings.
